Lindt Cafe
Nice cafe, with quite a bit of dessert variety. We ordered chocolate brownie and eclairs
Both werent the freshest of dessert that we have eaten, unfortunately.
Coffee was okay, however they served milk chocolate toffee(which we dont like), and we requested if we can be given dark choc and the staff refused! Saying they only serve milk choc, while the stacks of the same toffees in all variety were lying on the big bucket. So poor customer service
After a whole day of shopping and a whole heap of walking, we decided we needed a break to sit down and relax. Lindt cafe is a great place to just relax and chill and catch up with a friend or family and indulge on their array of chocolate selection with a cup of coffee or their hot chocolate.
Price is decent, as I think it's something you would pay a bit to indulge in and watch people go about their shopping.
Staff was friendly when we got in and placed our order. After we were just left to chat. Overall, expected level of service.

The reason I say this is because chocolate is one of those things that can be perceived by the average customer (such as myself) in a light that minimises the impact experienced by a dedicated chocolate addict. So let's do our best and start with the coffee; something I know more about: It was an above average roast which thankfully avoided bitter aftertaste, smooth and creamy, a tad on the expensive side, - but nothing to either write home about or complain about. The iced chocolate: Ordered after drooling, when watching another table's order bypass our table so a lot to be said for its artistic presentation. On arrival at our table, it did not disappoint. Chocolate Milkshake: ...read more
