such poor patronizing customer service. The staff yesterday thought they were doing me a favor. I am doing you a favor, I'm a customer and a very polite one and I would like you to return the favor. OMG so rude I tried not to laugh at the staff. And then at the end the staff asked me - would you like to bring your other accounts to NAB ( because I bank at other banks and was only using NAB because I had to for a cheque).. I said um no! I couldn't believe the staff even asked that after they knew they have treated me so poorly.. The staff even asked me who I bank with and who my mortgages are with, like it's their business after treating me like c**p. No way will I ever consider NAB after that experience.
