I signed up with Sanctuary Energy to be my electricity retailer in September last year because they promised to install a solar energy system for free and split the rebate 50/50.
But they did not install the solar system until late May. Thus I lost out on six months of rebate. Their reply "We never stipulated WHEN we would install the solar system!"
Taken 11 months and still no working system. Solar save their partners in this are just as bad! View my blog at :
