Toppers Cafe has (lots of) room for improvement. We had soup (with a bread roll on the side) for lunch at Toppers. We ate in the cafe, but the soup was served in a paper cup with a plastic spoon. The pumpkin soup was passable. The Moroccan chickpea soup was bad. As they say, you get what you pay for. The soup was cheap at only $6, so we were never expecting a gourmet experience.
