Purchased my daughter’s first car from this dealer. What a HUGE mistake. This car was a lemon from day one. Spent thousands of dollars over a 2 year period, including in the first three months of ownership, and then the motor finally died. Of course this dealer wanted nothing to do with us when I contacted them about the heap of junk they sold us. Think carefully before you buy a car from these people.

I bought my car here and have had no satisfaction from the staff since, they have kept me waiting and have been rude and dismissive. I spent a lot of time trying to get my car fixed and they gave no after sales service. I gave up trying after 2 months.
My car had oil leaks and they said it wasn't covered under warranty. I had to threaten going to Fair Trading before they fixed the leak in the engine. The leak in the transmission I will have to pay for myself. The extended warranty they include doesn't cover anything. I seriously don't recommend this car dealership.

Staff are great - independent feel with the benefits of a big corporate backer.

Flat level access to the yard and only a few steps into the actual office.

Plenty of onsite parking out back with some street parking out the front.

Toilets and coffee facilities on site.

We recently purchased a very nice vehicle from this company which is now part of the Brian Hilton Group. The staff could not be more helpful especially their salesman Rod who went beyond what was required to help us negotiate a smooth and satisfactory deal. Of course as yet it is too early to review the after sales but if it is anything like the purchase then I could do nothing else but recommend them to anyone looking for a used car. There is nothing at all sleezy or pushy with Rod. He let us judge for ourselves without interference in our decision. As they are a Brian Hilton is a large dealership and we have bought cars from them before I am sure the follow up service warranty should be just as great. Sandy 3/11/16

I recently purchased a vehicle from Coastal Quality Cars at Tuggerah. I purchased an extended warranty with this vehicle, unfortunately the problem that arose was not covered by this warranty. I returned to Coastal Quality Cars and brought to their attention the problem my vehicle had. I spoke to Glenn Zammit the sales manager who as a good-will jester repaired my vehicle at his expense. My experience with this dealership was handled in a professional and friendly manner. I would recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from Coastal Quality Cars.
